Wildhearts Academy – Sprouts Program (Ages 3–4)

The Sprouts Program is a gentle, nurturing introduction to learning for our youngest Wildhearts. Designed for children ages 3–4, Sprouts focuses on rhythm, connection, and joyful exploration through play, music, movement, and hands-on activities.

Each session follows a predictable daily rhythm that helps young children feel safe, confident, and engaged. Through circle time, songs, movement, stories, and guided play, children build early social-emotional skills, fine and gross motor development, language, and creative expression.

Sprouts learning is inspired by seasonal themes and simple changemakers, with an emphasis on kindness, curiosity, and caring for ourselves, others, and the world around us. Activities are intentionally short, flexible, and sensory-rich to support developing attention spans and natural curiosity.

Children are encouraged to explore at their own pace while being gently guided by experienced educators in a warm, supportive environment. Students bring their own lunch and enjoy a balance of structured moments and free play throughout the day.

Sample Daily Rhythm (Ages 3–4)

10:00–10:20 – Arrival & Free Play
Gentle transitions, open-ended play, settling into the day

10:20–10:40 – Circle Time: Music & Movement
Songs, finger plays, movement games, and connection

10:40–11:10 – Explore & Play
Sensory activities, imaginative play, and discovery

11:10–11:25 – Story Time
Short stories, puppets, or visual storytelling

11:25–12:00 – Outdoor Play or Movement Time
Gross motor play, nature walks, or open movement

12:00–12:30 – Lunch
Children bring their own lunch; relaxed social time

12:30–1:45 – Explore
Hiking and forest exploration

1:45–2:00 – Closing Circle
Songs, reflection, and gentle goodbye
